About The Position

Octopi Brewing, now part of Asahi Beer USA, is seeking Cellar Brewers to join their 24/7 operation. This role is crucial for maintaining the production of beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas, including the U.S. production of Asahi Super Dry. The cellar team is a significant part of the company, with 30 brewers working across five shifts. This is a growth opportunity within a state-of-the-art facility, continuing the local, quality-first spirit of the company.

Requirements

  • Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a loud, temperature-varied production environment.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, hard-working, and safety-first.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization.
  • Keep tanks, lines, and cellar equipment clean, sanitized, and running smoothly (CIP).
  • Track batch data and flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your shift supervisor and teammates to hit production targets.
