About The Position

Full Sail Brewing Company is looking to add full-time Packaging Specialists to our production team. As a Packaging Specialist you will learn to operate a variety of bottling, canning and kegging machines in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. You will also learn and support the team in maintaining Safety and Quality standards. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating machinery.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work successfully with a team.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period, climb, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, bend and twist.
• Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and complete tasks as assigned on the production floor.
• Operate machinery and equipment – Loading and unloading items from machines and conveyors.
• Monitor and inspect products for quality and safety standards.
• Transfer finished products or raw materials between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks.
• Communicate with supervisors and leads concerning safety, quality, and processing issues.
• Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines as directed.
• Provide cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Responsible for the health and safety of self and co-workers.
