About The Position

This is for the LCAC 100 Program. The Packing Specialist is responsible for preparing, shipping, coordinating transportation of shipments and maintaining all tracking records.

Requirements

High School Degree Required
Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
FNAVSUP PUB 7000
DLR handling
HAZMAT shipping, if applicable
Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position
Experience and deep knowledge base in shipping/receiving, warehouse logistics, Navy supply, supply packaging or other related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required
Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work with various levels of personnel
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with additional hours, as required

Responsibilities

Repair NAVSUP DLR packages and repairables
In charge of preparing, shipping and receiving documentation
Coordinates the transportation of all packages, as well as supports RFI return
Maintains all shipment tracking and records
Prepare any relevant reporting to proper chain of command
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
