Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the packaging or beauty industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Client-focused, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish or other additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate product development projects from client confirmation to successful delivery, including new developments and customizations of existing packaging.
• Support the new range of droppers + airless regular and other items directly linked with Lerma.
• Plan, monitor, and control project stages, ensuring on-time delivery while balancing client needs and internal goals.
• Maintain accurate records and product details in systems according to internal procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, evaluate options, and support the creation and execution of new projects.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide back-office project support, ensuring seamless communication and execution from client brief to delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation to define product specifications and ensure client validation and compliance.
• Coordinate directly with clients, often alongside the sales team, to clarify technical requirements.
• Proactively explore opportunities within client portfolios in close collaboration with commercial teams.
