About The Position

PSB Industries is a company specializing in the development and manufacturing of packaging and complex components for the luxury, beauty, and advanced industries markets. The Product Developer role will oversee and coordinate product development projects from client confirmation to successful delivery, including new developments and customizations of existing packaging. This position will specifically support a new range of droppers + airless items directly linked with Lerma.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the packaging or beauty industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Client-focused, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish or other additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control project stages, ensuring on-time delivery while balancing client needs and internal goals.
• Maintain accurate records and product details in our systems according to internal procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, evaluate options, and support the creation and execution of new projects.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide back-office project support, ensuring seamless communication and execution from client brief to delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation to define product specifications and ensure client validation and compliance.
• Coordinate directly with clients, often alongside the sales team, to clarify technical requirements.
• Proactively explore opportunities within client portfolios in close collaboration with commercial teams.
