About The Position

The Packaging Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, operating and setting up production equipment to manufacture packaged products. The role requires safe, efficient production, monitoring output quality, and maintaining accurate production records. Operators are expected to take ownership of their work area and equipment and collaborate professionally with Henkel employees and temporary staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for discard or remanufacture.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Carry out production in the safest and most efficient manner.
• Take ownership of the assigned work area and equipment.
• Maintain a professional, team-player attitude and help Henkel employees and temporary staff exceed expectations.
