About The Position

The Packaging Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, operating and setting up production machinery and equipment in accordance with instructions and manufacturing specifications. The role monitors output quality, identifies faulty products for rejection or re-manufacture, and maintains accurate daily production records for analysis of manufacturing performance. The operator is expected to prioritize safety and efficiency, take ownership of their work area and equipment, and contribute to a professional, collaborative team environment. The posting lists an hourly pay range of $20.00 to $22.00, with possible shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
