About The Position

Barilla is seeking dedicated individuals to join its pasta packaging team. Packaging Operators load packaging materials onto packaging machines, perform quality checks, and make mechanical adjustments as needed. The role follows a flexible 2-2-3 shift pattern, with employees working approximately half the days in a month. Applicants must be available to work every other weekend. The listed pay is $24.84 for day shift and $27.32 for night shift, including a 10% night-shift differential.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing.
• General working knowledge of computers.
• Availability to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and supporting programs such as cleaning, sanitation, and pest management.
