The company employs nearly 9,000 people worldwide across 30 plants and offices. This role is for a Packaging Machine Operator to join their pasta-making team at a pasta manufacturing facility. The operator will be part of a team dedicated to producing products for families to enjoy.

As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the final stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring pasta products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and production lines
• Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers for different products and package sizes
• Inspect packaged products to ensure quality, coding accuracy, and proper sealing
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate larger concerns as needed
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements
• Keep the work area clean and organized to support sanitation standards
• Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maximize line performance
