About The Position
KOST USA is looking for a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator (2PM-10:30PM) to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and organized individual who enjoys detailed work and a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school education is required.
- Forklift experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous packaging experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Following all established procedures and abiding by all safety guidelines.
- Loading drums onto skids.
- Placing appropriate labels onto each drum, tote, and pail.
- Filling totes, drums, and pails by hooking up the correct hoses to the correct pump or tank.
- Opening the appropriate tank valves and turning on the correct pump to fill the container.
- Visually inspecting the transfer hose and container for leaks.
- Blowing the line clear after each transfer.
- Shrink wrapping and storing containers in the appropriate location within the plant.
- Keeping the plant and warehouse organized, safe and clean.
- Other duties may be assigned.
