About The Position
This role operates a variety of packaging equipment and performs standardized tasks safely and efficiently to support production goals. The employee assists with troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving operational challenges, while consistently using required safety equipment, such as respirators and protective clothing. The role follows operator standard work procedures to maintain packaging-line Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and help meet performance targets. When processes fall below OEE expectations during a shift, the employee provides feedback and supports corrective actions to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds up to 50 pounds once per day.
