About The Position

Reckitt is hiring a hands-on manufacturing employee to help produce consumer health and hygiene products. The role involves operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining product quality and safety, supporting machinery maintenance, and collaborating with a team to meet production goals. The position is described as weekend AM absent coverage, with a primary schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The employee must be willing to work first, second, or third shift, as well as weekend AM and PM shifts, with three weeks’ notice. Base pay is $24 per hour, with a $0.30 shift differential for second shift and a $0.40 shift differential for third shift. The role does not currently offer visa sponsorship or relocation.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience is beneficial; willingness and desire to learn are also valued.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to work actively, including standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
• Detail-oriented and reliable approach, with initiative and commitment to high-quality results.
• Willingness to work first, second, and third shifts and weekend AM and PM shifts with three weeks’ notice.
