About The Position

The Packaging Manifest position is responsible for recording production of cases and totes by utilizing the inventory control system. Ensures the correct totes of product enter the packaging area from the warehouse. This position will be responsible for assisting with rework and other packaging general labor duties for the remainder of the assigned shift. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years related experience and/or training
• Good knowledge of Computer Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in refrigerated and frozen environments
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend/stoop frequently
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment including rain gear, hard hat, safety goggles
• Ability to work with and around a variety of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in fast paced environments

Responsibilities

• Ensures the ticketing and proper coding of all products.
• Able to compile and generate reports.
• Able to work with the Data Collection System.
• Able to assist in the training of new employees.
• Cleans and sanitizes food packaging equipment using water and chemicals
• Assisting with rework and other packaging general labor duties for the remainder of the assigned shift.
