About The Position

This role will lead and oversee the packaging department of the facility, managing daily packaging tasks including vape & pre roll filling, accurate labeling, weighing, and packaging with quality assurance. The Packaging Manager will also hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members, monitor and update inventory levels to align with production goals, customer orders, and sales data, and collaborate cross functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment. This role is responsible for continuously identifying and implementing improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and team engagement.
