$85,000 - $95,000Remote

About The Position

As our Manager, Packaging you will build, lead, and continuously evolve a packaging function that directly impacts Lovesac with every product we ship and every customer experience we create. This role sits at the intersection of product protection, operational efficiency, cost management, sustainability, and brand presentation. You will own packaging strategy and execution end-to-end, developing specifications across bulk production, warranty replacement, and final mile delivery; advancing our return to stock (RTS) packaging program as a critical company-wide initiative; managing domestic and overseas packaging supplier partnerships; and ensuring our packaging standards meet applicable regulatory, testing, and compliance requirements. Your work will influence damage rates, freight costs, vendor performance, restocking efficiency, and the way customers receive and return Lovesac products. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, business-minded packaging professional to do more than design a box. You will build a scalable support function, lead high-impact programs, and help shape the packaging experience for one of the most innovative furniture brands in the country. This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
