About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Packaging Line Lead - Overnight! We're looking for a Packaging Line Lead - Overnight to join our team. If you're passionate about manufacturing, team leadership, quality, and production excellence, this is your opportunity to play a key role in producing world-class trading card products enjoyed by fans around the globe. The Packaging Line Lead is responsible for supporting daily production activities by leading packaging line operations, training team members, monitoring quality, and ensuring assigned jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. This position works closely with Production leadership and packaging associates to drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and support a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2-5 years of manufacturing, packaging, printing, or production experience.
At least 1 year of leadership, lead, or team coordination experience preferred.
Experience within packaging, printing, or paper production environments preferred.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and production requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Review job tickets and production requirements before production begins.
Verify materials and product specifications to ensure order accuracy.
Conduct first-off inspections and verify products meet approved standards.
Assign team members to production positions based on skill level and operational needs.
Support and train production associates through hands-on coaching and guidance.
Monitor production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Perform hourly quality checks and document production results.
Coordinate material replenishment and ensure production lines remain properly supplied.
Identify and address production bottlenecks and workflow issues.
Promote best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor safety compliance and reinforce safe work habits.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Support efficient packaging operations that meet customer requirements and production schedules.
