About The Position

LEGACY TURKEY – Packing Line Lead 2nd Shift Job Responsibilities Willing to work towards becoming knowledgeable in product specifications, GMP policies, SSOP procedures and HACCP programs Able to handle people management and manage department when Team Leader is out Working extended periods of time in a cool environment Label supply verifications and final label verification reviews for assigned shift Maintain all required files and keep legible and accurate records Work actions and attendance to be weighed factors in this process Ability to work independently and with others

Requirements

Speak, read, and write in English with ability to communicate with management
Excellent organizational skills
High degree of written and oral communication skills
Excellent math skills
Plant processing knowledge
No performance work actions in the last 6 months
No attendance work actions in the last 12 months (three days or less in last 12 months)
Able to lift 50 lbs
Knowledge of product labeling requirements
Statistical Process Control knowledge and experience
Fully trained in HACCP principles
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, report development)
Must be 18 years of age or older
