About The Position

This position is responsible for packaging products into desired packaging, accurately counting required quantities, and following facility GMPs and safety guidelines. The role involves identifying defects, ensuring overall product quality, and assisting with daily startup and shutdown procedures. The Line Labor I will also be responsible for clearing the line daily and performing other assigned tasks by the line lead or Plant Management.

Requirements

• Basic counting skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 3 hours)
• Dependable and timely for work
• Energetic team player with a pleasant demeanor
• Constant pursuit of quality
• Flexible with the ups and downs of manufacturing
• Able to identify defects and multitask
• No experience required
• Proficient in speaking and reading the English language
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Military experience a plus

Responsibilities
