About The Position

LDB Beverage is growing and seeking dependable, motivated team members for its packaging department. This role offers opportunities to train into Equipment Operator positions across two packaging shifts. It's a fast-paced, hands-on position where you will learn the packaging line flow and contribute to safe and efficient production. Successful employees can receive training on four different machines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain active for 10+ hours/shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Dependable and accountable.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Arrive on time and be ready to work for every scheduled shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow written SOPs and other instructions related to GMPs, SQF, organic, gluten-free, and other quality standards.
• Follow all SQF requirements related to hygiene, attire, hand washing, personal items, illness, and other food-safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
• Complete assigned tasks within established timelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Material Handler, Packaging Line Associate, Equipment Operator, or in a similar manufacturing or production role.

Responsibilities

• Support the packaging process before, during, and after production runs.
• Prepare packaging materials.
• Load cans.
• Build boxes.
• Palletize finished product.
• Repack finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment.
• Complete all required production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
