Requirements

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Strong ability to follow instructions, procedures, and maintain accurate documentation

Basic computer and mechanical abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or GED
2-5 years’ experience in packaging, labeling, or manufacturing roles

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or regulated manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

Assemble, label, and package products by strictly following standard procedures and regulatory protocols
Print, verify, and apply labels, ensuring 100% accuracy on all documentation and batch records
Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct quality checks and support inspections on in-process and finished goods
Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with ISO, safety, and quality requirements
Complete production documentation and maintain precise records for traceability
Cross-train and assist in both Packaging and Label Room operations as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
