About The Position

Rosina Food Products is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Packaging Artwork Coordinator to join our Project Management team. In this role, you'll support the development, execution, and management of packaging artwork projects across our branded, private label, and co-pack businesses. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, customers, packaging suppliers, printers, and external agencies to bring packaging projects from concept through production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines graphic design skills with strong project coordination abilities and enjoys seeing their work come to life on finished products.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, printers, and external agencies

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting packaging artwork, packaging graphics, print production, or packaging project coordination preferred
  • Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, printing, packaging suppliers, or a related environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign preferred
  • Experience working with artwork revisions, production files, proofing, and approval workflows strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with flexible packaging, labels, corrugate, lithographic and flexographic printing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute packaging artwork revisions and updates across flexible film, corrugate, labels, and other packaging formats
  • Prepare and maintain production-ready artwork files
  • Make packaging updates including copy, ingredient statements, nutrition panels, claims, UPC/barcodes, printer specifications, and other required changes
  • Coordinate packaging artwork projects from initiation through implementation
  • Manage project timelines, revision rounds, proof reviews, and approval workflows
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, customers, and packaging vendors
  • Participate in commercialization meetings and support new product launches
  • Review and proof packaging artwork for accuracy and compliance before production
  • Maintain organized artwork files, specifications, approvals, and revision histories
  • Coordinate packaging transitions while helping minimize obsolete inventory
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost savings, packaging optimization, print quality, and plant efficiency
  • Attend vendor press runs and packaging reviews as needed
  • Build strong relationships with packaging suppliers, printers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ensure packaging is accurate, compliant, production-ready, and completed on schedule.
