About The Position
SeaBear Company is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Distribution and Packaging Team. This position has the primary responsibility for day-to-day operations in both our Distribution Center as well as our Packaging Department and will move between departments as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to Detail
- Read and write in English
- Basic Computer Skills
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and shipping perishable and non-perishable orders for our wholesale and direct-to-consumer customers
- Assembling boxes and other packaging formats in our packaging department
- Assembling gift baskets and associated gift packaging
- Completing paperwork for product tracking
- Responsible for labeling packages and, when needed, ensuring their delivery to external carriers.
- Maintain a clean warehouse, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, food safety protocols, and general safety standards.
