Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Sheets.
  • Technical expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software.
  • Specialized knowledge of Label Matrix and PCMate Platinum for RFID and price ticket generation.
  • Strong structural design capabilities and understanding of material costs and production
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask across several high-priority projects.
  • Ability to communicate ideas through CAD and Technical drawings
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in packaging design, trim development, or a production-related role.
  • Proven experience working with die lines, production-ready artwork, and global supplier communication.
  • Familiarity with retail-specific ticketing requirements and legal labeling standards for consumer goods.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of packaging and trims from initial research and concept design to sourcing and final vendor approval.
  • Develop innovative packaging graphics and structural designs specifically engineered for mass production.
  • Create and modify technical die lines while ensuring all design files are production-ready.
  • Research consumer and market trends to apply relevant materials and substrates to new designs.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to draft packaging briefs and finalize artwork.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control and Legal departments to ensure all warning labels and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Approve physical pre-production samples, shade bands, and trim cards, maintaining organized records by Purchase Order.
  • Manage the creation and dispatch of customer-specific price tickets, RFID tags, and stickers for special projects.
  • Communicate daily with external suppliers to finalize production files and provide project status updates.
  • Identify and correct errors on labels, hangtags and RFID tags
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all received trims and production samples.
