Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in industrial design, packaging, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Rhino 8 or comparable 3D CAD software
  • Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Portfolio showing a range of project types and end-to-end design work
  • Clear, proactive communication with clients and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with retail packaging, soft goods, or display systems
  • Hands-on experience with physical prototyping and mockup fabrication
  • Familiarity with dyelines and production-ready manufacturing documentation
  • Comfort working across multiple client accounts or markets simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Concept development, CAD modeling, and visualization across packaging and product design projects
  • Produce client-ready proposal drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
  • Create dimensioned drawings, dyelines, and basic bills of material for manufacturing
  • Support prototyping and mockup development, both physical and digital
  • Manage project files, timelines, and progress communication
  • Collaborate with cross-market teammates to iterate efficiently on client and internal feedback
  • Research and provide perspectives on materials, production processes, and competitive landscape
  • Help maintain project timelines and communicate progress
