About The Position

Supports the design team in creating, testing, and producing corrugated packaging while gaining hands-on experience in packaging design, specifications, and workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in packaging, design, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with design software is a plus
• Positive attitude and eagerness to develop technical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing corrugated packaging products under supervision.
• Support spec creation and updates for customer items.
• Learn and assist with testing processes, including stacking analysis and compression performance.
• Help prepare cape layouts and workflow documentation.
• Assist in ordering and tracking cutting dies.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to support project execution.
• Maintain organized documentation and design files.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of corrugated materials, design software, and industry standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
