About The Position

As a Packaging Coordinator, you will be part of the packaging, labeling, and preparation process for sterile and non-sterile finished products. This position operates within defined procedures and requires hands-on experience with machinery, packaging processes, and operating standards in a regulated production environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging, labeling, manufacturing, or production operations.
• Experience operating packaging and/or labeling machinery.
• Hands-on knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems used in production environments.
• Experience working with defined operating routines and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Technical education, specialized training, or related training in manufacturing, production, packaging, or related areas.
• Experience in the production of sterile and/or non-sterile products.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and labeling machinery with little to no supervision, following established procedures.
• Clean, package, and label products for the production of sterile and non-sterile finished goods.
• Execute defined work routines in accordance with instructions, processes, and operating guides.
• Verify that products are correctly packaged and labeled before advancing in the process.
• Apply knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems related to the packaging area.
• Maintain the work area organized and aligned with applicable cleaning and operating requirements.
• Identify basic deviations in the process and follow defined procedures for escalation.
• Comply with documentation, safety, and quality standards established for assigned activities.
