About The Position
The Biotrack Tech works with all departments to ensure that tagging, logging, and tracking of marijuana products are recorded and entered into the Biotrack system (Seed to Sale Tracking System) accurately.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age, be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge, and pass a background check
- Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations
- Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a licensed cannabis production facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Tags and/or labels all cannabis materials accurately.
- Responsible for interdepartmental transfers of cannabis product.
- Conducts inventory cycle counts in a processing, manufacturing, and/or distribution setting.
- Creating and manifesting QA test samples for cannabis product.
- Assists in the tracking process of cannabis destruction with all applicable departments. This includes the tracking, weighing, and logging of all disposed of cannabis material throughout the production cycle.
- Assists in the data collection and logging of all movement of cannabis flower and processed material.
- Assists with general upkeep of all materials related to Biotrack.
- Utilizes Excel spreadsheets daily.
- Performs other duties as assigned
