About The Position
We are seeking Packaging Associates for an established company on the Westside of Jacksonville in an environment-controlled, manufacturing facility. Dayshift: 6am to 6pm. Rotating Shift: 2 days on/ 2 days off/ 3 days on/ 2 days off/ 2 days on/ 3 days off. Pay: $16.50/hr. This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In. This is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout a 12 hour shift
- Excellent attention to detail
- A stable job history
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Good attitude
- Sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Operate and load the machines that assist in packaging
- Lift, wrap and label finished products, preparing pallets for shipment
- Achieve production daily output target
