Packaging Associate
About The Position
The Packaging Associate supports the operations team by safely feeding material into machines, inspecting products for defects, and packing finished goods in the correct configuration. The role includes notifying supervisors of quality issues, making minor machine adjustments to reduce interruptions and maintain product quality, and keeping the work area clean. Associates must work safely in a fast-paced environment, perform basic mathematical calculations, and follow standard work instructions. The position is located in Malvern, Arkansas, and offers rotating 12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Compensation is $17.32–$20.68, depending on experience.
