Position Summary : The Packaging Associate’s role will be responsible for the functions of part packaging & labeling, documentation verification, and various transaction processing. The position requires a high level of accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills, dedication, and dependability. The Packaging Associate must be able to collaborate with others and work in a face-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED; equivalent, along with 1 to 2 years related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent work ethic, enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible for varied work assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Packages and labels of all Globus Medical products using various labeling and packaging equipment
  • Follows all standard operating procedures for the Receiving Department
  • Performs data entry functions to record material process completion
  • Creates transactions, utilizes computer software for distributing product to various areas of the operation.
  • Verifies documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Etches, washes and performs in-process receipt of products as required
  • Performs quality inspections as trained
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
