Requirements
- 3 years Graphics/Packaging experience or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment or problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong computer skills-including Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Good mathematical skills
Responsibilities
- Enter orders for customers.
- Generate quotes for customers.
- Respond to customer emails and requests in a helpful, timely manner.
- Ensure all information needed for production is complete.
- Serve as the contact for customer issues and concerns.
- Serve as the contact for issues from production.
