About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for its 1st shift operations. The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products. This role involves comparing product with standards to ensure quality, maintaining a sanitary work environment, and safely transporting products. All functions must be performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
