About The Position

Cresco Labs is hiring a Packaging Agent to carry out production packaging tasks in its cannabis manufacturing operations. The role involves measuring, packaging, and labeling products; checking products against standards; maintaining a sanitary work area; and transporting products safely to storage. All work must meet the company’s quality and compliance standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Pay is $17 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment with measurable goals and work standards; 2–3 years is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package, and label products precisely.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Windows-based software and point-of-sale applications.
• Two to three years of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
