About The Position

Crescent Paper Tube, a family-owned business, is hiring production workers for its plant floor. Workers will be trained in various aspects of tube-making operations and perform a variety of tasks, including operating paper tube manufacturing equipment, handling finished products as they come off production lines, packaging and wrapping finished goods for shipment, maintaining equipment, moving materials to and from production lines, and general housekeeping. Employees regularly move between work areas to meet production requirements and customer expectations. This is a second-shift position. Pre-employment drug screening and a background check are required.

• Able to read a tape measure.
• Strong math skills.
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly and steadily.
• Able to perform frequent bending and stooping.
• Able to remain on feet except during breaks.

Responsibilities
