About The Position
Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for its 2nd shift operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of our cannabis products. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
- Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
- Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
- Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
