Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Packager to join our production team. No experience required, just reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance — your team counts on you being there
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
Nice To Haves
- Food production or packaging experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Package finished product into boxes accurately following count and weight standards
- Keep the production line moving smoothly by maintaining product flow and alignment
- Tape, label, and stack finished cases onto pallets for shipment
- Spot and report any product quality or packaging issues to your line lead
- Keep your work area clean and organized in line with food safety and 5S standards
