In this role, you will play an essential part in making sure finished goods are properly prepared and ready for distribution. Requirements

Prior experience in a Packager, Assembly Line Worker, Production Associate, or similar role is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with basic material handling equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks is preferred, though we are happy to provide training.
A keen eye for detail and a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, defect-free work.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
Reliable transportation to support punctual and consistent attendance each shift.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for the full duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

Inspecting finished products and carefully packaging them according to order specifications and quality standards.
Labeling, sorting, and organizing packaged goods to ensure accurate order fulfillment and staging for shipment.
Monitoring packaging materials and alerting supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Assisting with routine inventory counts and maintaining accurate production records throughout the shift.
Working closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily output goals and timelines.
Following all workplace safety procedures and keeping your workstation clean and organized at all times.
