About The Position

Flowly Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Packagers to support our growing logistics and fulfillment operations. As a comprehensive relocation business specializing in moving, assembly, and repair services, we rely on precise and secure packaging to ensure our clients' items arrive safely. This is a full-time career opportunity offering consistent overtime for those interested in maximizing their earnings. We operate Monday through Friday, and we are willing to discuss scheduling flexibility for the ideal candidate. While prior packing or warehouse experience is beneficial, it is absolutely not a dealbreaker. If you are dependable, precise, and have a strong work ethic, we will provide all the training you need to succeed.

Requirements

Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to quality control
Stamina to stand, walk, and remain active on your feet for the duration of the shift
Proficiency with basic computer software and handheld barcode scanners
Physical capability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
Dependable transportation to and from the facility

Nice To Haves

Prior background in packing, fulfillment, or warehouse environments is highly preferred, but not strictly required

Responsibilities

Safely wrapping and packing products to prevent damage during transit
Building, taping, and preparing boxes for client order fulfillment
Generating and affixing accurate shipping labels to outgoing parcels
Scanning, sorting, and routing outbound freight efficiently
Auditing outbound batches to ensure all components and items are accounted for
Operating a manual pallet jack to maneuver bulk inventory across the warehouse floor
Assisting with the intake of inbound materials and the dispatch of outbound shipments
Entering order data into our system and proactively catching any fulfillment discrepancies
