  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Product Pricing Specialist or in a comparable package pricing role.
  • Prior formal or informal supervisory, lead, or team-captain experience.
  • Strong active listening skills; able to ask clarifying questions and engage effectively in discussions.
  • Clear and confident verbal communication abilities, including delivering feedback constructively.
  • Solid reading comprehension and understanding of work-related documentation.
  • Skilled in logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions and approaches.

  • Competence in identifying and resolving complex problems by evaluating information and options.
  • Familiarity with workflow or project-tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com) for monitoring team throughput and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the package pricing team, assigning and prioritizing quote and pricing requests to balance workload and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor team throughput, cycle time, and quality-control metrics; report on team performance and process health to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Review and spot-check team members’ quote sheets, pricing updates, and selectable-option changes for accuracy and brand consistency before finalization.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for pricing discrepancies, system issues, and conflicting priorities within the team.
  • Grow and lead the team by training, onboarding, and mentoring team members, providing ongoing instruction on CTOS systems (Salesforce, M3, Power BI, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Monday.com, and other tools) as processes and product lines evolve.
  • Provide input to the Sales Operations Manager on team members’ performance, development needs, and hiring or staffing decisions.
  • Coordinate schedules and coverage across the team, including during absences and peak workload periods.
  • Lead or facilitate regular team meetings to communicate priorities, process changes, and feedback from the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Own and administer the package pricing team’s Monday.com board(s), including task structure, automations, and reporting views used to track workload and throughput.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the team, identifying process bottlenecks and driving adoption of more efficient tools and workflows.
  • Personally maintain a share of the pricing and quote-sheet workload, modeling accuracy, quality, and turnaround standards for the team.
  • Maintain proficiency across the full suite of CTOS systems used by the team, including Salesforce, M3, Power BI, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express, and Monday.com, staying current as tools and workflows evolve.
  • Develop and continually build a working knowledge of CTOS product lines to support accurate pricing, quoting, and team guidance.
  • Work in tandem with the Product team to create and refine quote templates, finalize quote details, and align on option and package offerings.
  • Implement and maintain the integration between Salesforce CPQ and M3 systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Estimation, and Production to monitor and update pricing and selectable options in Salesforce for accuracy and consistency.

  • Review availability, pricing, and work-in-process reports to ensure accuracy across platforms.
  • Define and support the creation of Power BI dashboards and reports to drive visibility, efficiency, and decision-making in the pricing process.
  • Monitor product data feeds to ensure available inventory is accurately reflected on all digital platforms.
  • Assist Product Managers with accurate package costing to support quarterly pricing updates.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting for Salesforce, Power BI, M3, Truck Locator, Record 360, and other CTOS tools.
  • Stay up to date with product, system, and design tool knowledge through training and self-learning, and cascade that knowledge to the team.
  • Communicate updates clearly and consistently through the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business goals.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.
