About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Weekend Package Handler to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by sorting and loading packages while maintaining quality and following safety protocols. The role is based at 1590 Century Center Parkway, Suite 101, Memphis, TN 38134. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 3:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

The position requires standing throughout the work, working in seasonal heat and cold, and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow safety protocols.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
