About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler at its Logan Township hub. This role works in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling and sorting packages for delivery. The shift is Friday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM or end of sort; hours may change based on business needs. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 25 pounds; some packages weigh 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to provide the required identification documents to complete an I-9 form.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse work or package-handling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, in keeping with safety as the company’s first core value.
• Unload trucks and sort packages by delivery ZIP code.
• Inspect packages to ensure they are safe for truck transportation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support the company’s delivery promise.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 pounds, with occasional packages weighing up to 75 pounds.
