About The Position

This role involves examining and thoroughly packaging items, estimating their value to determine if they should be bought or warehoused, and monitoring for special accounts or products. Training will be provided. The work environment requires standing for the full shift, lifting, pulling, and pushing an average of 50 lbs, and processing approximately 30 packages per hour.

Requirements

• Be a team player, always helping achieve team goals with a positive outlook.
• Have reliable attendance and be counted on to be on the job.
• Consistently process 30 packages per hour.
• Have a general idea of prices for common consumer items.
• Remember specials and approximate prices of repeat items.

Responsibilities

• Examine and package thoroughly for all contents.
• Estimate item value to determine if we buy or warehouse.
• Ask for help when trying to value unfamiliar items.
• Monitor for special accounts/products to separate.
• Lift, pull, and push an average of 50 lbs.
• Stand for the full shift; pull items from conveyor to process.
