The Package Coordinator, Civil Package will be part of the Engineering Management practice within the Technical Professional Organization (TPO) of Engineering Services Canada and will be based in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, with full‑time assignment to a large, complex, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure program delivered under an EPCM model. The role provides single-point accountability for the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned civil engineering packages, from detailed design through construction support and closeout, ensuring alignment with project objectives, execution strategies, and client requirements. Reporting functionally within Engineering Management and working closely with the Project Engineering and Project Management teams, the Package Coordinator, Civil Package is responsible for integrating civil engineering deliverables with procurement, construction, and other discipline interfaces. The role requires strong leadership in managing package scope, schedule, quality, and risk, while coordinating designers, engineering coordinators, vendors, contractors, and site teams to deliver safe, constructible, and execution-ready work packages throughout the project lifecycle. Sector of activities: Large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects delivered under EPCM and similar delivery models. Heavy civil works, including earthworks, concrete structures, foundations, and site development. Hydroelectric, energy, and utilities infrastructure. Brownfield and greenfield construction environments. Multidisciplinary capital projects involving engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Projects with active interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
