Requirements
- Understanding of business rules, workflows, and process management.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile frameworks.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) or other relevant industry domains.
- Exposure to UAT coordination, defect triage, and test case review.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams in an onsite/offshore model.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, backlog prioritization, and sprint ceremonies.
- Data mapping, source-to-target mapping, and business rules documentation.

Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
