Part-Time Package Center Supervisor
About The Position
This part-time supervisor has been trained and certified to perform multiple operational roles to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility. The position analyzes and plans the center’s daily package dispatch and handles operational service issues, such as on-call Air pickups, heavy pick-up accounts, and unforeseen events. The supervisor analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance, streamline routes, and coordinate operational needs and efforts to meet internal and external customer satisfaction goals. The position also provides customer service support, including answering messages and concerns, handling call tags, and destination follow-ups, and facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.
Requirements
- Be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
