About The Position

The Package Center Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds functional working relationships with personnel at all levels throughout the organization.

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and the job posting states that positions are onsite unless otherwise noted. The supervisor manages department resources, supports employee development through training, evaluations, and coaching, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
