About The Position

Bluestar Moving Services, a division of Paxem, is seeking Pack & Move Associates in the Charlotte, NC area to support seniors and families as they navigate major life transitions, including downsizing and relocating. This flexible, part-time position offers deeply fulfilling work, helping clients through moments of change with dignity, care, and compassion. Bluestar Moving Services exists to joyfully serve every client with care, respect, and simplicity. We specialize in reducing the stress of moving, organizing, and settling into a new home by transforming spaces into beautiful, comfortable, and functional environments. As a Pack & Move Associate, you'll play a hands-on role supporting clients through life transitions.

• Willingness to travel locally within the Charlotte region, including areas such as: South Charlotte, Uptown, University City, Ballantyne, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville, Concord, and surrounding communities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
• Prior experience providing excellent customer service
• Friendly demeanor and strong verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients and families with sorting, organizing, and preparing household belongings
• Safely packing items, including fragile pieces, valuables, and kitchenware
• Unpacking and setting up new homes to be orderly, functional, and welcoming
• Providing warm, friendly, and professional support to clients during what may be an emotional time
• Maintaining a safe and respectful work environment at all job sites
• Collaborating with team members to exceed client expectations
