About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Move & Pack Associate to join their Clutter team. In this role, the associate will provide high-quality moving services and exceptional customer service while handling customer items with care. Clutter, now integrated with Iron Mountain, aims to disrupt the self-storage and moving industries with affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by technology. The role involves flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with schedules varying weekly based on business needs, requiring weekend availability. Full-time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week. Shifts start and end at the Clutter depot at the job site address.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  • Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pack, load, and unload customer items at residences and the warehouse to ensure a seamless storage experience.
  • Collaborate with a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving jobs daily while acting as the face of Clutter to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols by accurately tracking and managing logistics data through our mobile application.
