Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year healthcare experience with elderly preferred.
- Minimum of one year working with a frail or elderly population.
- Valid WA State Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or qualified Nursing Assistant Registration or qualified Home Care Aid Certification required.
- You must be able to obtain home care aide certification within 200 days of your date of hire or stop working.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual in English and Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Taishanese, or other Asian language or dialect preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide home care support and help ensure the Plan of Care home care task developed by the PACE Interdisciplinary Team is being followed.
