Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• Valid Michigan licensure as required, CPR certification (we can train), valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• 3+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You have experience with leading downstream leaders and indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leadership to your team, from recruitment and training to coaching, development, and performance management. Your leadership will set the tone for the team’s success.
• Shape the future of our care programs by developing and implementing strategies that elevate the quality of service, enhance participant satisfaction, and achieve program growth.
• Be the glue that connects various departments, stakeholders, and community service providers to deliver seamless care.
• Oversee the department’s operations and budget, ensuring goals are met and quality standards are upheld. Your keen eye for improvement will help us achieve outstanding outcomes.
